The check in was very slow! The pool was very dirty! The pool bar which they say is open was deserted and definitely not open. The bedroom was big, shower good extra blankets, but the beds very uncomfortable. Breakfast basic but good Staff friendly Gym was functional but limited.

This was a quick stay but I was very impressed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, good sized rooms and a well appointed breakfast. The rooms were quiet (once you turned off the fridge) so I got a good nights sleep.

Rooms are nice, small wellness area, the sauna is a steambath but wasnt working when I was there. The swimmingpool was very cold and with lots of dirt. Saturdays there is a party up until late night next to the hotel (loud). Breakfast is excellent except for the coffee. Would have been five stars but the coffee ruined it for me.

Seems like the hotel was built recently - huge lobby and a lot of nice artwork on the walls. Modern space. The rooms are clean, spacious, and also fairly modern. The staff was super friendly and very attentive. Even the pool is new and has a really nice deck area. A much better option than some of the older hotels in centro, and it's right across from one of the main malls. The breakfast is kind of basic, but the restaurant space is nice, so I guess that makes up for it. Seems like it's a popular business hotel, as there were a few meetings/conferences going during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Neat and clean, but maybe a little bit simple in the less is more fashion. Easier for the hotel to keep clean but it gives the whole place a little bit of a sterile feel. The breakfast was nice with lots to choose from but they were a little bit slow to fill up whan something was out. The gym was nice with two treadmills which could handle an incline, though they were a little thin on weight lifting machines.
